At the end of 2025, Aligo Venture Capital’s portfolio company, Wellbeing Polska, joined the international group Mavie Work. As part of the transaction, the fund completed its exit.

The combination of the two organizations’ expertise creates one of the strongest providers of comprehensive mental and physical health programs for employees in the Central and Eastern European region. The integration of Wellbeing Polska’s experience with Mavie Work’s international scale opens a new stage in the development of wellbeing services for companies in the CEE region.

Wellbeing Polska serves over 200 organizations and provides access to health programs for nearly 100,000 employees, working with an extensive network of mental and physical health specialists throughout Poland.

The transaction represents another exit in Aligo Venture Capital’s portfolio and an important step in the consolidation of the corporate wellbeing market in Central and Eastern Europe.
