The LUX MED Group has acquired Mental Path Group, a growing network of mental health centers. Under the agreement dated November 6, 2025, seven facilities operating in Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice, Sopot, and Rzeszów have joined the LUX MED structure. Mental Path is a network of expert mental health centers employing over 200 psychologists, psychotherapists, and psychiatrists serving individual and business clients. The acquisition is the next stage in the implementation of the LUX MED Group’s development strategy in the area of mental health. Thanks to the acquisition, the company will double the scale of its offering in this segment by integrating Mental Path centers with the existing Harmonia Mental Health Clinics network. Mental Path joined the Aligo Venture Capital portfolio in early 2023. The transaction with LUX MED is the implementation of the company’s growth strategy and the fund’s exit, confirming the effectiveness of building value and scaling companies in the healthcare services sector.
