Pacific provides payment solutions based on a QR code, as well as standard payment services – instant in-app transfers and card payments – for e-commerce. Pacific customers can use a payment card made of plastic recovered from oceans.

Pacific team is formed by Mateusz Klemczak, founder and CEO, Janusz Diemko, former CEO of First Data and Polskie ePłatności, with the technological side covered by Piotr Szymański, priorly one of the main programmers of the Allegro group.

We invested EUR 530k Pacific together with Tomasz Gołębiewski, the creator of Semilac brand and a business angel.

A novelty offered by Pacific is a combination of payment functionalities with a marketplace platform that presents products of online stores integrated with it. Using the Pacific application, customers will also be able to send money to their friends and use a messenger, which, thanks to the integration with a virtual wallet, will, among others, facilitate settlements and provide access to transaction history.
