Regulations aimed at reducing CO₂ emissions are making carbon footprint management a common requirement for companies, affecting their competitiveness, growth, ability to secure financing, and overall reputation.

Envirly – a company from the Aligo VC portfolio that has developed a platform for managing organizational carbon footprints and reporting non-financial data – has just secured PLN 6 million in funding.

Aligo VC recognized Envirly’s potential and supported this innovative project at the beginning of 2023. In November 2023, Bank BNP Paribas, Tangent Line Ventures, and private investors joined the group of investors. The investment from these entities represents a strategic move that will enable Envirly to aggressively expand its operations and enter new markets.

The announced round is one of the largest seed investments in Central and Eastern Europe for ESG compliance products. We are pleased that the company has significantly strengthened its position as a leader in ESG reporting and carbon footprint management.
